Welcome to PukiMarket — a prediction market platform for private groups. By using the platform, you agree to the terms outlined below. The platform operates with play money only and has no real monetary value.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" — The PukiMarket website and all associated services.
• "User" — Any person who registers or uses the platform.
• "Market" — A prediction question offered for trading on the platform.
• "Play money" — Virtual trading currency with no monetary value.

3. Eligibility

Use of the platform is permitted for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the age requirement.

4. Play Money

All trading on the platform is conducted with play money only. Play money has no real monetary value and cannot be converted to real currency. The platform is not a gambling or financial trading platform.

5. User Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Account sharing and creating multiple accounts are not permitted. The platform reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

6. Trading Rules

• All orders are final once executed.
• Open orders can be cancelled before they are filled.
• The platform uses a central limit order book (CLOB) with an automated market maker (AMM).
• Market prices range from 1¢ to 99¢.

7. Market Resolution

Markets are resolved by the platform team based on reliable public sources. The platform's decision regarding market resolution is final.

8. Conduct

Users agree not to exploit platform bugs, manipulate markets, and to treat other users with respect in comments and discussions.

9. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. PukiMarket is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Changes

PukiMarket reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
